AI Engineer • Open-Source Enthusiast • Building with LLMs & Full-Stack Magic
I’m Akhilesh - a final-year Computer Science student who believes technology should serve people, not confuse them. I build tools that are simple on the surface but thoughtful underneath.
My journey started with curiosity: taking apart small scripts, rebuilding them, and asking, “What if this could help someone?” That question led me to create projects that blend AI and human needs.
GitLens AR came from a different itch: what if you could see your code? I combined Three.js and the GitHub API to turn repositories into 3D spaces you can explore through your webcam, because sometimes understanding needs a new perspective.
LinkShala started as my personal toolkit - a simple space to collect the tools, resources, and inspirations I use daily as a developer. But I realized others might find it useful too, so I opened it up. Now it’s a shared hub where developers can discover helpful links, contribute their own, and reduce the noise of scattered bookmarks. Built with React.js and MongoDB, it’s my small contribution to a more organized, collaborative dev community.
I work across the stack: I design intuitive UIs with React, build robust backends with Node.js, and integrate AI not as a gimmick, but as a quiet helper. I use Docker to keep things repeatable, deploy on cloud platforms when needed, and always, always write code meant to be read by humans first.
Outside of projects, I contribute to open-source because I believe the best ideas grow in the open. I write to clarify my thoughts, and I build to learn, not just to ship.
At my core, I’m a problem-solver who cares about the “why” behind the code. If you’re working on something that matters, I’d love to hear about it.
A shared hub for developers to discover and contribute useful tools and resources. Built with Next.js and Firebase.
